We were involved in planning and carrying out the load testing of a cantilever HALO with a swivel beam assembly at Gows in Lybster.

Our Approach

Our 300t crane was rigged to customers requirements to lift the Cantilever beam and carry out numerous tests with 16t test weights. A competent person to witness the load test was on site to ensure monitoring of an inclinometer for correct beam angles and monitoring the load cell readings to ensure the load is not exceeding the stipulated 16t.
